These beautiful Delft plain white tiles in an old classic mix are made in our own tile factory in Weidum, Friesland. The mix consists of six colour shades in a hint of blue, green and grey, shades that are very close together and form a nice calm mix. The colour shades are 16th, 17th and 18th century colour recipes, so these tiles are extremely suitable for restauration projects of old tile walls.

But our Frisian whites are also suitable for contemporary modern interiors, shops, restaurants, kitchens, toilets and bathrooms. The tiles have an opaque crackle tin glaze. It gives a typically gentle warm brilliance to our Dutch white tiles.

Dutch Delft white tiles 13x13 cm are covered with white tin glaze. This recipe is being used since 1550 in the northern parts of the Netherlands.
